Wild geese fly west.
My soul waits for the full moon as
, adorn my room
putting chrysanthemums in the baskets.

may not write as Ma Xianglan,
but my poems
know which day and night
your absence ... I have suffered!

The term "wild geese flying to the West" refers to an unwanted separation.
The full moon represents the reunion of those who had been separated. Ma
Xianglan (sixth century), also known as Ma Shouzhen, as well as poet was a painter. In both art was the expression of the chrysanthemum, symbol of loneliness among the Chinese.
