Argentina participated in MITT 2011 Moscow Film

In the XVIII edition of the International Travel and Tourism in Moscow, the National Institute of Tourism participated with tourism operators, with the aim of promoting and positioning the Argentine tourist destinations and products.

In the XVIII edition of the International Travel and Tourism - The Moscow International Travel & Tourism (MITT), the National Institute of Tourism (INPROTUR) participated along with five tour operators in the Cámara Argentina de Turismo (CAT ) with the aim of promoting and positioning the Argentine tourist destinations and products in the Russian market and other countries Europe.

Statistics taken from the ranking of foreign arrivals to Argentina Ezeiza and Aeroparque, taking into account the percentage change 2010 vs. 2008, say the increase in tourists from these periods was 50.7%, a record. In the same vein, and for the same period, are in second and third place Australia and Brazil, respectively.

With increasing globalization, and as leisure travel and business are very important now for profit sector with the latest trends in natural and cultural tourism, MITT 2011 was the key to attracting professionals and travelers of all Russia and Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Georgia, Armenia, Tajikistan, Kyrgysztán, Moldova and Eastern Europe.

For Argentina, MITT Moscow was the trigger for the tourist presence in this market, as citizens of Russia and Argentina can travel between two countries without applying for a Visa since 2009.
